Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of eliteinfotech.com and any services provided by Elite Infotech LLC, a company registered in Dubai, UAE. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Elite Infotech LLC provides LED display supply and installation services (indoor LED screens, outdoor LED screens, LED video walls, transparent LED screens, smart boards, and LED screen rental) and security system supply and installation services (Dahua CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, access control, video intercoms, alarm systems, and products from EZVIZ, Hikvision, Eufy, and IMOU).
2. Quotations and Orders
All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. An order is confirmed upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written confirmation and the agreed deposit payment.
3. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms: 50% deposit on order confirmation and 50% balance on completion and handover. For supply-only orders, payment in full is required before dispatch. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of 5% VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation timelines are estimates provided in good faith and are subject to product availability, site readiness, and third-party factors including municipal permit approvals for outdoor installations. Elite Infotech shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
5. Warranty
LED screens carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Dahua cameras carry a 2-year warranty; recorders carry a 1-year warranty. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or damage from power surges.
6. Authorized Dealer Status
Elite Infotech LLC is an authorized Dahua dealer in the UAE. Products supplied are genuine and eligible for manufacturer warranty claims through official UAE channels.
7. Limitation of Liability
Elite Infotech's liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses including lost profits or revenue.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
